The services indicated are those actually prearranged on indication of the Warrant Commission for the accomplishment of the law concerning strikes in the essential public services, deliberated on January 22nd , 1998, in the wait of the agreement to be defined between the national Railways and the Unions. They are listed in the following in particular:

• the minimum guaranteed services during the local transport rush hours (from 6.00 to 9.00 o’clock and from 18.00 to 21.00 o’clock), already published on the Official Time-Table of the F.S. (guaranteed only on week-days);
• the long-run trains, guaranteed also on Sunday

In any case it is important to keep in mind that:

• trains which according to time-table are already on the track in case of strike, if not cancelled in the station of departure, are guaranteed to arrive at the final destination. The related list will be announced at the stations or by the media;
• in any case the trains started - even after the begin of the strike - will be brought to their final destination, according to the resolution of the Warrant Commission of November 9th, 1995.
